Pennsylvania is very strict when it comes to renting out inflatables! Uncle Bill’s Backyard Bounce adheres to ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS  set forth by the PA Department of Agriculture. All of our units are registered and approved for operation in PA. We are LICENSED and INSURED. Watch out for those companies that offer “too good to be true” pricing. Chances are they are not following proper protocols! Please don’t risk your loved ones safety to save a buck!

You can reschedule due to rain up to the day before delivery. 

Cancelling for any reason at anytime forfeits any deposit. We strongly encourage RESCHEDULING for a new date if  circumstances should arise. If you reschedule, your deposit is put towards the new date.

• Please do not cut grass the day of delivery
• Please clean up any animal feces and debris in the area to avoid additional cleaning fees.
•  Call your local utility companies and have them mark your underground lines so they aren’t damaged by the stakes being driven into the ground. In Pennsylvania we have a system called PA 1 Call. If you call them, they will mark all utilities within 3 days with just one phone call. The number to dial is 8-1-1 or 1-800-242-1776.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

No. If the bounce house is not setup properly it can lead to serious injuries or death. Uncle Bill’s Backyard Bounce has two certified Inspectors. Every time a bounce house is setup a thorough inspection is conducted. We do not cut any corners, safety first.

Wind is a huge safety issue when it comes to inflatables! We will not set up an inflatable if the wind SPEEDS are at or above 15MPH and /or if wind GUST are at or above 20 MPH. The safety of your loved ones is important to us!  **If WE cancel due to wind we will refund your deposit

 Yes of course! You will see us vacuuming and cleaning the bounce house when we drop it off and we do it again at pick up. We also set the bounce houses up at our home base to be  cleaned as well. We do not cut any corners when it comes to cleanliness!

Yes. You need to have a power source within  100 feet of where the bounce house will be set up. If you do not, you will need to rent our generator. No we can not use yours.

Renting the generator is simple, just add it to your quote, we provide the gas.
